About Junshan Yinzhen Yellow Tea
 
Junshan Yinzhen ,"Silver Needle(s) of the Gentleman Mountain"; Standard Chinese pronunciation s a Yellow tea from Junshan Island of the Hunan Province in China. It is one of the ten Chinese Famous Teas. Although the same kind of tea trees are also planted around Dongting Lake, where Junshan Island is located, those teas should not be called Junshan Yinzhen. The tea resembles the White tea Yinzhen known as Bai Hao Yinzhen. Junshan Yinzhen, allegedly the preferred tea of Chairman Mao Zedong, is a rare tea sometimes sold as White tea. 

Brewing Method

To Brew junshan Yinzhen , is better to use clear mountain spring water, tea set appropriate with transparent glass, glass height 10 ~ 15 cm, 4 ~ 6 cm in diameter at the top.With every cup of tea for about 3~6 g, .Brewing process is as follows:
(1) Enjoy tea
Ingesting a small amount of junshan Yinzhen with teaspoon , put in clean enjoy tea tray, for guests to viewing.
(2) Clean teaware
Preheat cup with boiling water, clean the tea set, and drink water, in order to avoid buds water absorption and reduce the rate of buds erect.
(3) Position tea
Use teaspoon gently extracted from the tea pot junshan yinzhen about 3~6g grams , into the cup for brewing.
(4) Water pouring
