What Is Bai Lin Gongfu Tea?

Bailin Gongfu is One of the three Famous Chinese Fujian black tea.     How To Make Bai Lin Gongfu Tea?

    Step 1. Preheat teaware before brewing this black tea.
    Step 2. Scoop 1 teaspoon of Bailin Gongfu black tea (about 3-5g) and threw it into Glass Tea Cup (or Gai Wan).
    Step 3. Pour into the cup (or Gaiwan) with hot water(80–90 °C ) for about 150-200 ml.
    Step 4. Cover the lid, the aroma and taste of tea can be fully released in hot water. 
    Step 5. Soak about 2 to 5 minutes, when the tea leaves bloom, sink into the bottom of the teaware, then serve.


    Normally pour away the 1st steep, and drink from the 2nd steep. it's better to drink overall this tea in 30-60 minutes.
