Brewing Guide 

Step 1.  Generally scoop 3~5g Meitan Cuiya tea leaves for every 150ml (5oz) water, slowly slide into cup or Gaiwan.

Step 2.  The water temperature should be around 80~85º C (176~185℉).

Step 3.  Pour the hot water over the tea leaves, and wait for about 1~2 minutes then serve as 1st infusion. 

Step 4.  Leave 1/3 tea soup when finish serving. Pour water again and Steep 3~4 minutes for 3~4th infusion.
