What Is Nanjing Yuhua Tea ?

Nanjing Yuhua tea belongs to Chinese green tea. This tea is a specialty of Nanjing, China. Tea is introduced in the late 1950 s to create the treasures in tea, was awarded the China food expo silver. It is a classic famous tea in China, one of China top ten famous tea.

Name of Yuhua means " Rain Flower" because it plant in Rain Flower Terrace area.

Brewing Guide 


Step 1.  Scoop 3~5g Moli Ganlu for every 200ml (7oz) water and slowly slide into cup (or Gaiwan). Ratio between tea and water is about 1: 40~50.


Step 2.  The water temperature for brewing green tea should be around 80~85º C        (176~185℉).


Step 3.  Pour the hot water over the tea leaves, and wait for about 1~2 minutes then serve as 1st infusion. Best Practice is use glass cup or Gai Wan. Smell the aroma before drink the soup.


Step 4.  Leave 1/3 soup and pour water again, Steep 3~4 minutes for 3~4th infusion.
