About Phoenix Eye Jamsine Green Tea 

 
Phoenix Eye Jasmine tea is a very clean and refreshing tea from Zhenghe, Fujian province. Eye of Phoenix is a spring-picked green tea with a fresh taste, soft texture and sweet jasmine aroma. Each of the pearl is laboriously rolled by hand into small balls in the shape of an eye and then reserved until the jasmine blossoms. The tea absorbs the fragrant essence of the fresh jasmine, making the pearls sweet and aromatic.
The phoenix bird symbolizes immortality, resurrection and life after death. This is one of the highest quality handmade tea from Fujian. No perfumes nor added flavors, it is also a great natural remedy for stress. When infused, jasmine pearl tea will slowly unfurl as if the flowers open up. Brewing 
 
 
Pick up 1 spoon of  Phoenix Eye Jasmine  green tea (About 4-6g) and threw into Glass Tea Cup (or Gai Wan) about 150-200ml. Pour  water (80–85 °C (176–185 °F)) and brewing about 3-7 minutes.
 
Normally pour away the 1st steep , and drinking from the 2nd steep.  it's better to drink over all this tea in 30-60 minutes. 
 
 
If you use glass tea-ware to brew this tea, you can see the tea leaves shown straight literally. And leaves will blooming along with  water steeping.
