Brewing 
 
Pick up 1 spoon Meitan Cuiya green tea (About 3-5g) into Glass Tea Cup (or Gai Wan) about 150ml. Ratio of water vs tea is better around 7 : 1 .
Pour boiled water (85-90°C) and brewing about 3~5 minutes then serve. Brew not more than 3 times, and leave about 1/3 water when finish each brewing.
